Co-Founder
Charlotte Gordon co-founded Phoenix in 2009 after building her career in technology search. More than 25 years later, she still believes the right person can change the direction of a business.
Her work has taken her across North America, Europe, and Asia, helping technology companies secure the leaders and specialist teams behind growth, international expansion, IPO and acquisition. Her experience spans cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, technology consulting, MSSPs and global systems integrators, with an increasing focus on the emerging AI market.
Charlotte is known for getting beneath the surface of a brief and understanding what a business genuinely needs from its next hire. Many of the founders, investors, and senior executives she works with today have trusted her for years, some for decades.
